Born and raised in Mexico, Victor Hernandez graduated as a pianist from UNAM’s National School of Music in Mexico City. Over the past 10 years Víctor has developed a unique voice as an artist, which he expresses combining classical music, jazz, Latin-American genres, and electronica.

As a composer, Víctor has worked for projects both in Mexico and the USA, which include original music for Feature Films, short films and advertising. Víctor has worked with award winning Mexican directors like Carlos Carrera and Patricia Martinez de Velasco,  and  often works as well for the production company OXES Multimedia | Cine & Tv.

Víctor currently lives in Los Angeles California, where he specializes in film scoring, a lifelong passion of his. Recently Víctor Hernández Stumpfhauser obtained his MFA in Music Composition for the Screen at Columbia College Chicago which concluded his studies at James Newton Howard’s studio.
